The Digital Experience team is a dynamic center of excellence that partners with Marketing, Sales and Product to meet the rapidly changing needs and experience expectations of our customers. We as DX analytics team primarily responsible for providing actionable insights and measurements to inform product, marketing and sales strategy and to ensure that customer experience is met.

You are a tech-savvy and passionate digital analyst with marketing analytics experience.  You embrace challenges, take initiative, and are able to work independently as well as in teams. You’re a numbers person with a creative mindset, and you’re capable of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and learning new tools and technologies on the fly. You’re a constant learner, eager to grow and develop your professional skill set. You learn and utilize data-driven design methodologies to make informed recommendations to the experience owner. You are able to turn business questions into analytics projects and managing those projects through all phases (gathering data, building hypothesis, designing analysis and disseminating findings and actional insights)
Job Purpose:
This position provides web analytics and business analysis that enables continuous improvement of digital experiences. This role will measure the value and impact of online features and functionality, identify trends, user behaviors, conduct competitive analysis, report on key performance metrics and translate website data into actionable requirements. This person should have experience analyzing large sets of data and delivering insights and recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate is not only highly analytical but can effectively communicate these findings across teams to provide the insights and requirements needed to continue to improve our digital experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute to building an analytics strategy and elevate web analytics to achieve a data-driven digital marketing culture
• Manage implementation, maintenance, and improvement of web analytics and tagging methodologies, primarily within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager platforms
• Work closely with members of the marketing team to identify analytics tracking and reporting requirements, manage best practices, and proactively identify data quality issues and improve the customer experience and analysis capability
• Conduct analysis of the online customer experience to identify opportunities for growth including funnel, content, page engagement and conversion
• Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing online user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion rates including recommendations for conversion improvements and/or testing
• Track key metrics of website performance and digital campaigns: unique visitors, page views, time spent, and conversion metrics
• Analyze KPIs to identify anomalies and to isolate the root cause
• Develop reporting dashboards and monitor KPIs daily and communicate trends with the appropriate teams, integration with data warehouse reports/dashboards
• Develop and present analysis, actionable insights & recommendations to key stakeholders including senior executives 
• Support the collection and integration of data across various sources and systems
• Execute custom analysis projects identified by Business Owners to support Sales and Consumer Marketing
• Serve as resident expert for Google Analytics and future 3rd party analytics tools
• Provide recommendations in clear and concise manner that displays clear understanding of business objectives
• Manage website and mobile app content updates
• Test, troubleshoot, and provide feedback on new features and implementations across all web properties
• Stay up to date on new trend and emerging digital channels, and provide suggestions for new initiatives that will improve performance
• Measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, report on campaign analytics and analyze large data sets to identify trends, root causes and business improvement opportunities
Job Requirements
• BS/BA in marketing, market research, computer science, MIS or other related fields, or equivalent work experience
• Strong Business Analysis skills to gather requirements and communicate business need to designers, development teams, and leadership
• Analytical experience in digital marketing role (2+ year)
• Understanding of the technical intricacies of campaign tracking, website data collection, related tools and technologies, and relevant industry-wide topics (data layers, cookies, privacy, tracking tag, and data governance)
• Expert in digital analytics using Google Analytics platform (3+ year preferred); experience with additional BI tools is plus
• Deep experience with Google Tag Manager, and the tag manager data layer interactions (2+ years preferred)
• Experience in building dashboards 
• Experience developing or working with tracking systems for online behavior
• 2+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience with segmentation, test design, reporting and analysis design, measurement strategy development and site analysis
• Experience building, designing and analyzing websites
• Experience translating business needs to analytics requirements, ability to establish and sustain strong business relationships and the ability to effectively prioritize business needs
• Strong technical experience with data visualization and analytics tools (SQL/SAS/Tableau)
• Analytical and detail-oriented, ability to turn data into insights by discovering patterns, relationships, anomalies and trends through data exploration
• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
• Multimedia tracking (podcasts, videos, etc.) a plus
• Social media marketing a plus
• Experience with Sitecore a plus
• Proven analytical capabilities and data mining skills
