The Vice President, Market Growth Leader will partner with Regional Executives and Branch Managers to be the primary driver for growing our retail sales platform.  They will work to establish Embrace as the “Mortgage Lender of Choice” in their respective markets by educating mortgage sales professionals and managers on the unique value proposition. 



Technical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems Experience

  1. Education: College Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, or comparable recruiting or business development experience.
  3. Skills: Must possess strong sales aptitude, competitive nature, drive to succeed, be team and achievement oriented and demonstrate grit.
  4. License: N/A.
  5. Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technology, and Social Media.



Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis.  Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.  




·         Partner with Regional Executive and Branch Managers to create growth plan and lead the team’s effort to build high producing sales teams

·         Drive Embrace’s growth strategy through the use of multiple recruiting channels and candidate engagement techniques to capture interest of top producing loan officers and managers and act as the trusted sponsor of candidates throughout the candidate journey

·         Collaborate with Marketing to create dynamic in-market messaging to target top producing mortgage sales talent and compel them to take action 

·         Execute outbound lead generation activities (phone, email, and Social Media) to engage prospects and generate qualified and interested growth opportunities 

o   Convert cold relationships into warm relationships and strive to be a “person of influence” to Loan Officers and Branch Managers in your market by leveraging our internal sales methodology and technology to build meaningful relationships with prospective employees. Listen, educate and nurture candidate relationships over the phone and in-person by being curious and friendly

·         Apply ASLAN sales methodology (other-centered) and selling principles to articulate Embrace’s unique value proposition

  • Manage prospect outreach though CRM, document the outcome of outreach activities and maintain accurate prospect contact information
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and maintain a database of competitor information to aid in how we compete for talent in the marketplace
  • Collaborate within Embrace to foster a team-oriented approach to recruiting and to apply best practices to deliver against growth opportunities
  • Attend and represent us at local real estate and mortgage industry events and meet with top producing mortgage sales professionals, as needed, to advance recruiting relationship forward

Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.
