MARKETING MANAGER- HEALTHCARE BUILDINGS

NASHVILLE, TN

MARKETING MANAGEMENT FAMILY – CORE
•    Manages brand positioning across the healthcare vertical to drive market share and reach annual growth targets.
•    Co-develops marketing objectives and strategies for assigned area of responsibility in support of overall corporate goals, KSIs and KPIs.
•    Supports healthcare marketing initiatives in conjunction with national strategy and goals.
•    Partners to develop brand assets across digital and print mediums in accordance with corporate brand standards.
•    Manages the development of client facing marketing communications in support of all business pursuits; works with selling teams to develop value propositions and messaging framework to be leveraged across a variety of communication assets for distribution via web, digital and social media, print, and sales channels.
•    Coordinates marketing support for proposal (RFP) and qualification (RFQ) responses; content development, editorial support, presentation production and all deliverables associated with project pursuits.
•    Manages strategic lead generation programs in traditional and digital media for the healthcare market.
•    Manages relationships with key client facing affiliations including associations, forums and user groups.
•    Ensures processes and success metrics are in place to ensure program measurability and adherence to projected ROI.
•    Provides monthly reporting dashboard metrics for light industrial/manufacturing clients and vertical.
•    Co-develops annual marketing expense projections for assigned area and manages spend to plan with an ongoing commitment to improving operational efficiency.
•    Recommends and implements public relations initiatives executing against national and regional communications strategy; submit, process and manage award submissions.
•    Acts as a liaison for content to be included in national external publications and internal communications assets.
•    Facilitates events and trade shows including all pre-show planning and logistics; space reservations, collateral, shipping, staffing, giveaways, contests, budget, booth preparation.
•    Manages lead generation activities, including those resulting from trade shows and other events. Partners with client solutions team to track lead stage and drive conversions.
•    Builds understanding of competitive landscape and contributes to structured analyses of competitive threats and activities. Translates insight into recommendations for competitive response strategies.
•    Ensures accuracy of marketing information within Cosential, including internal personnel resumes, external contact records, project records, knowledge database.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign and Photoshop – Advanced

  • Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools and systems necessary to meet business needs – Advanced

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (Required)
  • Master’s degree (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered.

Experience

  • 8+ years marketing, communications or public relations experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in the Healthcare market sector (Preferred)
