The US CRM Manager is an integral cross-functional role at our company’s, that is responsible for developing and leading multi-channel CRM programs that drive acquisition, foster engagement, and minimize churn. The role will manage day to day operations for building and deploying CRM campaigns as well as play an active role in the design and execution of our industry. The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven and able to effectively manage both strategic development and hands on execution.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Leverage the right data and insights to develop and execute automated lifecycle campaigns personalized to key segments that drive actions across the customer journey by reaching users in the right channel with the right message. Design, manage, and analyze A/B tests for continually optimization to new and existing campaigns. Create lead acquisition funnels designed to take unknown users to known shoppers and feed our CRM programs.
Operations and Technology
Work with key agency partners and internal IT teams to build and deploy automated CRM journeys and always on marketing communications that are personalized to our key customer/consumer segments. Manage brand experience and content calendar and coordinate approval with cross-functional stakeholders. Lead implementation of new marketing solutions and process improvements.
Insights & Analytics
Track and report campaign performance and key customer/consumer insights. Set accountability of CRM KPIs and measure against internal and external benchmarks. Synthesize learnings and provide actionable solutions to drive continuous optimization.
Work with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners to ensure data is acquired and managed compliantly and consistently by adhering to governance frameworks. Validate and routinely audit data sources as key business owner.
