Reporting to Director of Regulatory Reporting, this position is for an analyst with a comprehensive knowledge of day-to-day reporting requirements of the FR2052a Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report and required input in a daily reporting analytics process. Position will supervise a small team of junior staff or will be a single contributor with responsibility for the FR 2052a reporting process as well as support other regulatory reporting needs. The primary focus is on the execution of day-to-day 2052a reporting operations, with occasional contribution to other regulatory reporting needs.
Oversight of the preparation, timely and accurate analysis, and review of FR2052a report.
Ensure that analysis is performed and completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Generate and review reconciliation and variance analysis of FR2052a report with detailed comments and explanations of significant deviations.
Represent FR2052a reporting team in bank examinations as well as internal and external audits.
Provide guidance and training to the new staff related to FR2052a analytics.
Conduct research and remain current on relevant industry initiatives and regulatory report changes that impact the bank's reporting.
Responsible for maintaining internal policies and procedures.
Support all FR2052a ad hoc projects and change process testing for the report.
Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports in accordance with the all requirements of the regulatory authorities. The regulatory reports include but are not limited to: FR Y 14-Q, FR Y 14-M, FR Y-9C, and FFEIC 031.
Enhance controls and efficiency of the production reporting process, which may include developing and testing functional enhancements to reporting systems
Participate simultaneously on multiple work efforts and high priority activities.
Perform special projects and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
7+ years of banking, treasury or financial services industry experience working with customer data within major banking products (deposits, derivatives, lending, securities, etc.)
Detailed working knowledge of GAAP
Working knowledge of major regulatory reports including FR2052a, FR Y14-Q, FR Y 14M, FRY9C, FFEIC 031 and other US regulatory reports, or liquidity and/or capital management experience.
Organized self-starter who will take full ownership of process and is comfortable working in a remote, digital environment
Develop and manage relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders
Effectively manage workflows, influence others, and delegate work to implement solutions and achieve business opportunities.
Maximize the use of automated technology to achieve the highest level of quality and efficiency in the preparation of regulatory reports.

Expert level knowledge of FRB regulatory reporting, especially on FR2052a.
Experience working with financial system reporting environments (i.e. Workday, AxiomSL, Oracle, etc.)
