This role will be responsible for developing, creating and implementing marketing campaigns that promote the company and our products and services. The Marketing Manager generates leads through traditional avenues such as newspaper, radio, television, direct mail and digital avenues such as online advertising, website, marketing automation and social media.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead and deliver marketing plans focused on reaching specific audiences utilizing a diversified marketing mix
  • Plan, develop, execute and measure the Traditional and Digital marketing strategy for the company
  • Work closely with local sales channels, i. e., Retail stores, Door-to-Door, Outside Sales Representatives to coordinate activities to achieve market sales goals
  • Ensure appropriate branding and brand messages are used in campaigns
  • Maintain excellence in digital media and future technology and be an ambassador for digital within the business
  • Manage and build relationships with Marketing Vendors to ensure lowest cost media buys
  • Manage team of Traditional and Digital marketers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field Required
  • Minimum 4 years experience in digital and traditional marketing and advertising
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering successful and cost-effective direct response marketing campaigns
  • Experience in sales and marketing tools
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of Traditional and Digital Marketing Avenues and how to leverage them for cost effective results
  • Ability to set and manage advertising budgets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong cross functional and collaboration skills with external vendors such as creative agencies
  • Adaptability, flexibility and ability to influence others
  • Copywriting and graphic skills a plus
