THE OPPORTUNITY:
 

The Senior Manager Total Rewards leads a large delivery team to provide execution of Total Rewards (TR) policies and programs for employees. Total Rewards includes all aspects of administration related to health benefits, compensation, compliance, mobility/relocation, leaves, and retirement; all contributing to the Total Rewards COE (Center of Excellence).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leads the Total Rewards Service Delivery team (~22 employees) ensuring effective execution of Total Rewards programs, and a positive and consistent employee experience
  • Collaborating with the COE, the larger HR organization, and by incorporating the voice of the employee to continuously drive process improvements and find resolutions for gaps
  • Establishes strong partnerships, both within HR, payroll, and legal, as well as with 3rd party vendors as it relates to programs
  • Partners with the Total Rewards COE to ensure the facilitation of annual cycle processes such as compensation including understanding the implications of system changes with a focus on the employee user-experience
  • Works within a service delivery organization delivers outstanding customer service including escalated issues while ensuring the team understands the imperative for excellent customer service
  • Engages peers to apply consistent approaches across regional associate centers, leveraging the Total Rewards COE to create best case scenarios
  • Guarantees adherence with all applicable state and federal regulations for all TR programs delivered
  • Safeguard the employee experience; navigate between the two worlds of user experience and compliance, and you never sacrifice one for the other

 

Professional Skills & Key Competencies

  • Minimum BA/BS degree in HR or applicable business degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Total Rewards including strength of knowledge in compensation, retirement and benefits (including use of HRM/HRIS/HCM/Workday)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience directly leading people with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and coach a mid-sized team in a service delivery organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading both enterprise-wise projects and service delivery across a large group of partners
  • Thorough understanding of standard methodologies around benefits delivery, integrations, and process
  • Demonstrated experience in building processes/programs from inception
  • Able to recognize the power of diversity. You believe in a supportive and inclusive workplace, where everyone feels valued and included; including your team of ~22
  • Successful manager of multiple stakeholders. You pull together the right people to deliver the optimal outcome. You get things done by working both with and through people
