The Work Itself
Provide personalized customer service through every interaction by building relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and taking ownership of their problems. Serve our customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, click-to-chat, and secure messaging. Assist customers with their banking needs, such as checking, savings, IRA, Trust, Certificate of Deposit accounts (CDs), and assist with wire transfers for car/home purchases.

The Skills You Bring
A dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience. People-focused: committed to teamwork, resolving issues productively, and developing long-term relationships. You're accountable and punctual to support your customers & team. 2+ years of customer service. Knowledge of consumer banking, checking, savings, debit card, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required - Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
