Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As the Global Positioning System (GPS) / Positioning, Navigating Timing (PNT) Architect, you’ll apply advanced principles of engineering and management to solve complex GPS/PNT problems in the development of space borne positioning and timing technology. As a leader, you’ll oversee and manage design and development processes as they relate to the engineering of products utilizing principles and technology of physics, mathematics, engineering, and related physical sciences. What you bring to the table:
A Bachelor’s in engineering or a related technical field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Outstanding leadership skills
Experience with GPS theory/Kalman filters/ PNT implementation and DSP processing
Ability to optimize all phases of work including requirements management, modeling and simulation, risk analysis and formal trade study tools
