What You'll Do:
They say variety is the spice of life. In this case the variety offered as a Production Operator brings spice to life! As a Production Operator you will help transform products from individual ingredients to store-ready by blending, lifting, and packing. You’ll use your hustle for transporting bags of savory ingredients such as onions, peppers, and other powder season mixes to other team members. From there, the fine particle ingredients are blended to complete the product; then bagged and hand palletized. When mixed together these tasty flavors create dust and strong smells, we provide protective face masks to help offset the effects.
When you’re on the job, you can expect:
To be a part of the product’s transformation process. You’ll handle it all with accuracy by measuring, weighing and documenting ingredients and machine readings.
A physical role. You will continuously transport bags of ingredients that weigh up to 50 lbs. by hand, cart, or forklift.
Safety to be our number one priority. We’ll train you on our manufacturing standards as a machine operator and forklift operator to make sure that everyone leaves as they come.
A team you can rely on. We trust each other to show up every day and on time.
If you’re like us, you’ll feel a deep sense of pride when you see products in stores on-shelves that you helped produce!
What You'll Need to Be Successful and Safe:
A high school diploma or equivalent or previous work experience with measuring and detailed documenting is preferred, this is because you’ll be working with ingredients to specific standards.
Ability to lift 50lb bags. This role will require lifting 4 to 5 50lbs bags of ingredients per minute by hand.
Successfully passing a drug and background screen will be required because the safety of you and our team are important to us.
Do you have experience working alongside a team and operating machines in a manufacturing environment? The safety of our team and products are our top priority, so we prefer some experience, but are always willing to train those with solid work history, and a can-do attitude!
What's In It For You:
Friendly, close-knit team and supervisors invested in your success
3 weeks paid time off per year
Full benefits, including mental health, employee assistance program & more!
