 Working with data across the employee lifecycle and driving meaningful insights to inform people decisions. Using both quantitative and qualitative data from recruiting, development, performance, compensation, and diversity, you will enable decision making about the company's workforce to help our business grow and our employees thrive.

This role will work closely with colleagues to design and develop intuitive reports and dashboards to enable data-powered decisions. Presenting insights and findings for the business to proactively solve problems is the overall goal. 

Major Activities/Key Challenges:

    Build and scale all aspects of people analytics and provide insights that inform decision making.
    Produce monthly and ad hoc reports with quantitative analysis that tells a story through the data
    Develop dashboards focusing on Talent risk, attrition, and team member performance
    Perform data collection, trending, analytics, reporting, and forecasting to support company initiatives
    Participate in projects and programs with people data, i.e. engagement survey analysis
    Create effective visualizations tailored to the context of the data and audience
    Assist with requirements gathering sessions to inform the design and delivery of insights.
    Apply innovative and effective solutions to optimize system performance, reporting capabilities, and handle people data across systems.
    Facilitate completion and accuracy of mandatory reporting.
    Complete ad hoc requests and special projects to support business leaders.
    Foster relationships across the people team and with other internal stakeholders.
    Support system configuration, enhancements, and deployment efforts.
    Be the in-house data lead and trusted advisor.


Essential Knowledge & Skills:

    Independently resolve and take appropriate action by exercising sound judgment.

    Outstanding communication skills.
    Able to handle opposing priorities, balance short-term tactical implementation with longer-term strategic goals.


Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    Five (5) years of experience with HR systems and data structures (Oracle HCM, Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP, etc.), including reporting, analytics, integrations, or implementations.
    Three (3) years of experience working with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools like Hyperion, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau, BI Cognos,
    Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
    This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.  

Preferred Qualifications:

    Masters degree in Business or Data Analytics from an accredited institution.
    Knowledge of Excel, SQL is a plus.
