We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for the exciting position of eCommerce Lead, focused on the company's skin care brand.  This position will be a strong influencer and change catalyst for the company to leverage all eCommerce opportunities that are aligned with the business model and overall strategic direction. In this position, you will leverage learnings on the ground and use available data, industry insights  to derive new learnings and distill these to create winning strategies globally. Specific position responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following areas:

 Build, manage and develop long-term ecommerce relationships in order to achieve targeted sales by increasing the brand’s online presence;

    Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners;

    Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner;

    Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans;

    Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners’

    Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance;

    Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities;

    Use creativity, testing and learning to “hack” the algorithms of key customers


Position Requirements:

    BS/BA degree or higher level degree;

    6+ years business experience within eCommerce analytics, digital marketing, business development and/or digital commercial leadership;

    Confident, articulate communication abilities necessary for inspiring strong collaboration in an organization; 

    Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines;

    Business results oriented: ability to perform, to budget and manage forecast;

    Proactive, positive and innovative mind;

    Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills;

    Attention to detail to effectively manage complex processes
