We are seeking a Marketing Manager to be accountable for marketing the health plan - strategy, planning, executing and measuring - and all corresponding go-to-market activities to all audiences regardless of geography and across multiple lines of business, product lines and multiple distribution channels within a specific operating budget.

 This person must be a strong leader and informal influencer of people in cross-functional assignments. He or she must lead throughout the system by consistently coordinating with other functional areas to ensure that the necessary actions occur in support of business objectives. He or she is accountable for developing relationships with external vendors and/or contractors and managing them within the system marketing and communication structure. The manager must have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into recommended programs affecting all major marketing variables. He or she will lead the comprehensive program development and execution of all tactics and deliverables required to achieve line of business goals and objectives. 

This position requires a keen view of the external environment, including general trends impacting the business, competitive assessments and an understanding of both business-to-business and business-to-consumer selling situations.

In this position you will:

    Develops and executes marketing plans and go-to-market efforts for multiple lines of business and multiple distribution channels, managing the budget, scope, resources and timelines.
    Independently leads marketing plan execution.
    Leads creative brief development and partners with creative team for creative direction and approval, demonstrating strong marketing and creative instincts and judgment.
    Develops and manages budget for assigned line(s) of business.
    Establishes strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders through strong rapport, effective communication, strategic leadership, marketing leadership and strong project management skills.

Required qualifications for this position include:

    Bachelor's Degree
    10 or more years Progressive business experience in marketing

 Preferred qualifications for this position include:

    Experience marketing health insurance products
    Direct experience in consumer packaged goods
