SENIOR COMPENSATION CONSULTANT - HEALTHCARE

PORTLAND, OR
We are seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to join a team of experienced colleagues in the refinement, analysis, and ongoing administration of various compensation programs. Your background in Compensation will serve you in understanding the connection and infrastructure of these programs.

 

    The successful candidate will focus their time on projects and processes in support of our annual merit pay program, leader incentive and performance plan, and implementation of new software tools and migration of data content.
    In this role, you will serve as a resource to HR Partners and business leaders providing consultative advice, guidance, and provide web-based training on complex, highly visible topics.
    Your keen interest and aptitude in technology will allow you to be one of the key data administrators of the web-based software utilized to manage compensation programs.  
    Tapping your Excel skills and attention to detail, you will organize and distribute data, set up audits and provide input to refine processes.

Qualifications
 
Required qualifications for this position include: 

    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field -OR- equivalent education/experience.
    5 years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications. 

Preferred qualifications for this position include: 

    Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
    Healthcare experience.
    Union environment experience.
