Our client is in need of a Social Media Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support their current CX team as well as other important stakeholders within the organization.  The SME will work with them closely with to help develop, support, analyze and measure social media strategies & marketing efforts.  Additionally, the SME will work with stakeholders to optimize current campaigns and efforts.
 
Primary support areas currently requested include:
  • Helping with overall social media strategy at the corporate, brand & property levels:
    • Paid Social
    • Contact Streams
    • Social Data/Measurement Strategies
    • Reputation Management
    • Channel Integration
    • Innovation
    • POV’s on items such as Dark Social, Industry Benchmarks, Competitive/Market Analysis and Campaign Optimization
  • Handle ad-hoc social media requests from key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with multiple agencies to provide the client with the best overall success metrics for their marketing dollars
  • Support setting up and configuring new or existing social media platforms for measurement and analytics use
  • Work in Sprinklr to problem solve within the tool to make recommendations on how to get the most out of the tool and provide optimization options
  • In addition to Sprinklr the SME will have deep experience using Social Listening Tools to mine data and provide actionable key insights.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry
Marketing Strategy
  • Able to effectively demonstrate the value of performance metrics and measurement schemes
  • Superior analytical skills with ability to make recommendations based on data to guide clients
Project Management
  • Strong project management, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
  • Able to keep track of the details on many projects regardless of project ownership
  • Proactive and resourceful; able to multitask
  • Able to work both independently and on cross-functional and diverse teams including analytics, statistical, technical and marketing resources
Experience & Education
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ Years Social Media Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required and an MBA or master's degree equivalent is preferred
  • Digital Marketing Agency or Management consulting experience preferred
  • First-hand experience in communications roadmap development and implementation
