Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for leading a high performing sales team in the Northeast NYC and will drive the sales of our HVAC commercial equipment.  The  Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for sales/margin and revenue based on a defined plan that is reviewed quarterly and will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies aimed at driving growth across all product lines.
 
Level of Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage delivery of on-going training and education programs for sales team.
  • Partner with company region leadership to devise and deploy sales objectives and goals for the assigned market sales team, including sales targets, budget preparation, margin enhancement, and business development.
  • Ability to develop sales growth plans, identifies business development opportunities, and manages margins with your sales team.
  •  
    Education Requirements:
    AA/AS degree in Business, Marketing or related degree required.
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  •  
    Experience/Skills Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and has technical experience.
  • Strong leader with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales.
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership capacity preferably within the HVAC or distribution industry preferable.
  • Must possess and illustrate ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Knowledge of and previous selling experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to participate in evening and travel 50%.
  • Established professional network in the HVAC market.
