Inside Sales Representative-B2B

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative that is a creative, forward thinker who wants to be an integral part of the development of the team.  In this role, you will discover, engage, and learn our customer’s business challenges and help identify how company products and solutions can help each customer take their internal design, functionality, and business to the next level.  No business travel required.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Achieving consistent quota attainment and other performance metrics
  • Prospecting for new clients, developing stronger relationships with existing clients, and working to understand each client’s needs and requirements where company products and services will improve client productivity
  • Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits
  • Continuous personal training and development as the market changes moving towards cloud based services and the “internet of things”
  • Collaborating across Client business enterprise to secure customer business
  • Use CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales
  • Demonstrated success in a sales position with territory responsibility
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with B2B sales
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to make 30 outbound calls per day
  • Ability to have business conversations with C Level Executives in the small and medium business (SMB) market
  • Proven ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Experience in technical product and services sales preferably in the manufacturing  or Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) markets
  • An experienced user of Microsoft Office and CRMs (preferably Salesforce)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
