We are looking for a Feature/Requirements Manager responsible for the requirements capturing of applications aimed at Automotive Domain. Your primary focus will be identification, evaluation and verification of software requirements for Automotive Infotainment Systems. This role will have a privileged contact with Business stakeholders in leading the Technical Business Requirements capture phases. It will also support the technical teams (internal and external) to explain and clarify business and system requirements. The Feature Manger is the primary intermediary between the customer and the development team throughout a project's life cycle. The analyst must confirm, therefore, that regardless of the project stage, the requirements reflect the end users’ needs and that the system being developed reflects the requirements. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. Automotive infotainment experience is a MUST!
 
Education
B.Tech, B.E, MCA, BCA, Diploma in Computer Engineering
 
Skills/Requirements
·         Proven successful experiences as a Technical Business Analyst or System Engineer.
·         In-Depth expertise in UML
·         6+ years of strong programming experience  in Java and other UI technologies
·         3+ years of experience in developing HMI / Application software for embedded products
·         Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns  and best practices
·         Experience in Android Application development using Android SDK / NDK in Linux based environment.
·         Experience in Automotive infotainment application domain.
·         Familiarity in developing application for Media, Camera, Bluetooth and Voice Recognition
·         Working knowledge of software development processes
·         Hands-on experience in Business Process Modelling and requirement prototyping.
·         Practical end to end experience in system engineering life cycle and process.

·         Listening skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say

·         Facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation workshops
·         Observational skills, to validate data obtained via other techniques and expose new areas for elicitation
·         Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to customers,  managers, and technical staff
·         Organizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
·         Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering)
·         Modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language, including using modeling languages already established in the development organization
