Business Development Executive

The company is looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team based in St. Louis. The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with HR professionals and senior executives. Success in this role is measured by new business generated and retained.
The ideal candidate will have sufficient human resources or other corporate experience to be familiar with issues and terminology related to recruiting, screening, selection, retention, development, and related systems and technology platforms. They will also be experienced in creating leads, negotiating contracts and closing new business. A successful hire must follow through promptly and accurately, be remarkably articulate, well-written, and have strong experience presenting to a variety of audiences.    
Position Responsibilities Include:    • Developing and maintaining relationships with HR professionals and senior executives. • Generating and developing sales leads. • Generating and negotiating new business, including contracts. • Ensuring services consistently meet clients' ongoing and evolving needs. • Meeting monthly lead generation and revenue goals. • Tracking and maintaining all sales communication and activities in the CRM database. Position Requirements Include:     • Bachelor’s Degree. • 3+ years in a related sales role. • Cold calling experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong executive image and team player. • Human resources experience is a plus. Compensation Includes: competitive base with sales bonus and equity-tracking potential.
