Primary Job Responsibilities 
• Leads moderate to complex initiatives • Combines research and recommendations with requirements for systems or process changes • Organizes, conducts and facilitates cross-functional team meetings • Consults with users and vendors to develop detailed analysis of user requirements (business specification, workflow, reporting requirements) • Works with business leaders and acts as a liaison between Business Units within Consumer Lending and Information Technology Group (ITG) as well as other key business partners • Accountable to senior business unit managers, and the Compliance PMO for project or program implementation • Develops implementation and strategic technology plans • Directs solutions to system/business problems • Manages moderate to complex systems related projects and ensures that business user needs are met • Ensures that the design and integration of proposed system, software and hardware solutions leads to the development and growth of the business through effective use of technology. • Leads project efforts and makes independent decisions to arrive at desired results • Participates in studies of new technologies used in Consumer Lending • Combines research and recommendations with requirements for systems or process changes • Leads the gathering of business requirements needs as well as the design of solutions • Responsible for composing and writing business plans, detailed business specification/requirements for technology related projects, recommendations and reports for presentation to management • Lend subject matter expertise to project teams and working groups • Assist the implementation manager with the execution of new regulatory programs and strategic initiatives Develops business user test plans and test cases and is responsible for conducting and overseeing user testing for new technologies • Accountable for user sign-off of changes • Monitors implementation and user satisfaction  
Qualifications  • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 5 years direct work experience in Residential Mortgage Lending industry • Experience working in a Program Management Office is preferred • Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of Retail and Wholesale lending so that they can be transformed into application or operational requirements • Must demonstrate understanding of the technical designs as well as the specifications • Must have experience with business case development and presentation, as well as negotiation and conflict management • Strong communication skills are necessary for this position, as it will interface with all levels of the business including Executive Management • Critical thinking and problem solving are key skills for this role.
