The group is responsible for brand strategy and advertising, database and experiential marketing including the company's 12 history museums, integrated program and product development, market research and related customer analytics, and diverse segments strategy and business development. ” The newly formed Marketing Insights & Analytics team will build a best-in class decision support organization that can provide insights to inform our business/customer marketing and product strategy, as well as our broader strategic initiatives. Marketing Measurement is a critical team within the Marketing Insights & Analytics team that is responsible for understanding the performance of marketing campaigns in online and offline channels. In addition, the team is responsible for analyzing and establishing the cumulative impact of all marketing in both the short-term and long-term.
The role of Marketing Mix & Attribution Modeling Manager is a highly quantitative role with responsibilities including: •Build, maintain and evolve market level mix models to estimate causal impacts of marketing activities on Wells Fargo’s financial outcomes in the short and long term•Build, maintain and evolve customer level attribution models to explain longitudinal behavioral shifts associated with exposure to a varying combination of touch point exposures•Measure the long-term impacts on customer behavior•Automate input ETL, iterative solution search and operationalization of modelsThis person will have significant interactions with other analytics teams in Marketing Insights & Analytics and is expected to provide analytical thought leadership and bring cutting edge statistical knowledge to solve complex marketing problems. Deep technical skills, ability to continuously learn from industry and academic work, and strong communication skills will be determining factors in selection.

Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling2+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Other Desired Qualifications 5+ years of experience in regression based modeling3+ hands-on experience programming marketing mix modeling solutions in SASExpertise on hierarchical Bayesian and MCMC approachesProven history of developing innovative, cutting-edge causal measurement capabilities across the range of marketing activities, including TV, print, radio, OOH, paid search, display, online video, owned media, sponsorships and promotionsSignificant experience coding and maintaining stand along SAS-based applicationsDeep knowledge of statistical areas such as ANOVA, Multiple Regression, Time-series Modeling, Principal Component Analyses, Decision Trees, Clustering, etcExperience programming in R, SQL, Python and GAMSExperience working in marketing/ customer analytics organizationsDemonstrated ability to play a leadership role in large, complex analytical projectsStrong sense of ownership, relentless curiosity, and self-driven approach to problem solvingConsistent pattern of digging into the raw respondent dataExceptionally strong technical backgroundExperience/ exposure to data and analytics in Banking and Financial Services industry
